Carrier decisions
Insurance is offered and issued by third-party carriers. The carrier determines eligibility, premiums, benefits, exclusions, waiting or graded benefit periods, effective dates, and claims under its policy terms.
No guarantee
Submitting a request, receiving information, or applying does not guarantee approval, a particular price, immediate full benefits, or coverage. No coverage exists until the carrier issues a policy and its stated conditions are met.
